This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Taking complete ownership of the new-logo acquisition process — from initial outreach to deal closure.
• Generating a robust, self-sourced pipeline in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Proactively identifying and engaging potential customers with a strong focus on new-logo acquisition.
• Building, managing, and enhancing your own qualified pipeline.
• Leading the entire sales cycle from discovery and needs assessment to negotiation and closing.
• Crafting compelling value narratives tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborating closely with Demand Generation and Sales Operations to qualify opportunities and maintain accurate forecasts.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven success in selling SAP Cloud solutions, ideally with a consistent history of acquiring new customers.
• Strong background in B2B / Enterprise Sales, with a solid understanding of SAP Cloud and Business Suite topics.
• Demonstrated strength in closing, confidence in negotiation, and a clear hunter mentality.
• Evidence of success such as meeting or exceeding quotas, closing deals, building pipelines, or receiving customer references.
• Self-motivated, organized, and opportunity-focused mindset — you generate leads proactively.
• Fluent in both German and English.
