This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Ensure consistent sales performance within the designated territory by delivering high-quality products and services.

• Enhance technical and sales skills to boost overall productivity.

• Monitor and report on competitors' activities, identifying business opportunities within the territory while preserving existing accounts.

• Provide monthly sales data to the Sales Manager to aid in the formulation of the proposed forecast.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and implement a sales plan following the approval of the proposed forecast.

• Execute product sales strategies to guarantee the achievement of sales goals and targets.

• Leverage selling skills to meet customer needs and reach territory sales objectives through consistent customer engagement.

• Discover new business prospects and expand existing business within the territory while maintaining current relationships.

• Develop and relay daily, weekly, and monthly plans and outcomes; set cycle goals, sales objectives, and results to Sales and Marketing Management.

• Share market intelligence with Sales and Marketing Management.

• Participate in scientific events, conferences, and exhibition booths as needed.

• Organize scientific meetings and key account plans with the customer base, as required.

• Ensure all territory activities are conducted professionally and adhere to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.

• Establish and maintain territory and customer records.

• Join regular departmental meetings with the manager to foster continuous feedback mechanisms.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Pharmacy or a related Medical field.

• 1-5 years of experience in Specialty Care products, with prior sales experience in a pharmaceutical company; experience in Dermatology or Rheumatology is preferred.

• Proactive self-starter with a high level of self-confidence, intellectual curiosity, and a strong executive presence.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English), with the capability to effectively engage with all levels of management.
