This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Create a business plan for the assigned territory that aligns with Viatris sales strategies, objectives, and plans.
• Deliver high-quality sales presentations to all targeted customers.
• Meet quarterly sales targets within the territory while complying with ethical sales practices and regulations.
• Understand and apply targeting principles effectively.
• Formulate a pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Build positive and engaging relationships with peers, customers, and Company managers.
• Ensure high levels of productivity in calls and field activities.
• Collect and utilize information from offices, pharmacists, and other sources to create and implement tailored strategies for territory prescribers.
• Utilize sample programs, literature, and other materials to enhance physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond promptly and reliably to all customer inquiries with consistent information.
• Actively engage in continuous learning and professional development regarding effective sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree along with over 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales.
• Proven business acumen.
• Successful track record in influence and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Proven capability to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve results.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory, which may include overnight stays.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record are required.
• Professional or Senior level designation will depend on years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English is mandatory.
