Senior Sales Representative, Pain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Formulate a business plan for the designated territory that aligns with Viatris' sales strategies, objectives, and plans.

• Deliver high-quality sales presentations to all targeted clientele.

• Meet quarterly sales targets within the territory while complying with ethical sales standards and necessary regulations.

• Comprehend and demonstrate effective targeting principles.

• Create a pre-call planning strategy for key prospects.

• Foster positive and interactive relationships with colleagues, customers, and company management.

• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.

• Collect and employ information from offices, pharmacists, and others to design and execute specific strategies for territory prescribers.

• Utilize sample programs, literature, and other resources to enhance physician awareness of Viatris products.

• Respond promptly and reliably to all customer inquiries with information that aligns with their requests.

• Actively engage in continuous learning and professional development related to efficient sales, communication, and product knowledge training.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and over 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales.

• Proven business acumen.

• Proven track record in influence and negotiation skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.

• Demonstrated capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve results.

• Self-starter with high motivation.

• Willingness to travel within the territory (including potential overnight travel).

• Must reside within the designated territory.

• A valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record are required.

• Professional or Senior level will be determined based on years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing in English is mandatory.
