This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Identify and seek out new business prospects through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
• Secure deals with mid-sized and enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with Webfleet’s value proposition.
• Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
• Keep precise records of activities and opportunities within Salesforce.
• Comprehend customer requirements and offer customized solutions.
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience in partnership with Operations and Customer Success teams.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and upselling prospects.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to aid in lead generation and campaign execution.
• Provide market insights to refine product positioning and sales strategies.
• Engage in industry events and act as a representative for Webfleet in commercial forums.
• More than 5 years of B2B sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in vehicle telematics or fleet SaaS settings.
• Strong hunter mentality with a successful track record in acquiring new clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage solution sales cycles effectively.
• Capable of working remotely with autonomy and accountability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
• Knowledge of fleet management, mobility, or telematics solutions.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be residing in Australia with the authorization to work.
