This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for meeting sales goals, revenue, and gross margin within the designated region.
• Proactively acquire, retain, and expand business operations in the DACH region.
• Oversee and implement the local sales network, which includes agents and finders.
• Manage current clients while pursuing new business opportunities in targeted industries.
• Offer expert guidance to clients and sales partners regarding the technical aspects and applications of the technology.
• Negotiate independently with clients in accordance with company policies.
• Spend the majority of working hours visiting clients.
• Conduct sales analysis and planning in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Establish and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.
• Degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) or a related qualification.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in the machine tools sector.
• Demonstrated strong sales achievements.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation capabilities with a focus on results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the competence to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
• Proactive and passionate about sales, with a strong ambition to meet targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Valid driver's license.
