This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and engage with industrial firms and training centers as primary clients, comprehending their specific demands for AR-based training solutions or tailored applications.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, needs assessment, solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Leverage CRM tools to monitor customer interactions, establish and maintain comprehensive sales funnels, and produce precise forecasts.
• Track and enhance the sales pipeline to ensure steady progression and the attainment of revenue goals.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted companies and organizations.
• Offer continuous support and serve as a trusted advisor to guarantee customer success and satisfaction.
• Examine market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and discover new opportunities.
• Assist in our client’s expansion by targeting untapped markets and fostering a robust local presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and support) to ensure offerings align with customer needs.
• Relay customer feedback to facilitate ongoing enhancements of products and services.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the management team.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial sectors or the education/training industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate sales cycles and meeting sales goals.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a solid grasp of sales funnel development and management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to assess customer requirements and propose customized solutions effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• A proactive and self-driven attitude, focused on achieving results.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Germany to engage with clients and participate in industry events.
