This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and seek out potential clients interested in new opportunities for revenue generation.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Showcase comprehensive knowledge of the various products and services offered by the company to ensure client satisfaction.
• Design and execute effective sales strategies aimed at meeting individual and team sales objectives.
• Work in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation and conversion processes.
• Remain informed about current market trends and utilize this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients, adjusting sales strategies as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and company policies throughout the sales process.
• Create regular sales reports and updates to monitor both individual and team performance, offering insights to enhance sales results.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated history of successful sales knowledge and experience.
• Eagerness to learn and grasp new information necessary for company needs.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to convey complex sales strategies clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
• High degree of self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
