This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take the initiative to create and execute a scalable sales strategy aimed at meeting ambitious revenue goals within the enterprise segment.
• Develop, nurture, and enhance strategic sales partnerships, which include enablement, co-selling, and revenue tracking.
• Manage the complete sales process: from lead generation and solution selling to the successful closing of contracts.
• Actively contribute to shaping the go-to-market strategy and broaden international market access.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to relay market insights into product development.
• Enhance i-flow's visibility at conferences, trade shows, and with key accounts, emphasizing thought leadership and technological differentiation.
• A minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or partner management within the Industrial IoT sector, ideally in software or SaaS.
• A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related qualification.
• A thorough understanding of industrial system integration, IIoT architectures, and OT/IT systems (e.g., SCADA, OPC UA, MQTT, MES, Cloud).
• A proven history of developing strategic partner networks and enterprise customer relationships.
• Strong technical and strategic acumen: capable of influencing at the C-level and communicating effectively with OT engineers.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on closing deals and a hands-on approach.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
