This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Enhance sales processes, tools, and systems to boost field productivity, efficiency, and ensure consistent execution across modern trade channels.
• Spearhead sales execution planning, create scorecards and reports, track performance against targets, and conduct business reviews to pinpoint risks and opportunities.
• Oversee merchandising investments and collaborate with finance to effectively manage trade spending.
• Leverage tools like Power BI and Excel to produce actionable insights on sales performance, distribution, and market trends, offering recommendations for enhancement.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of sales systems (e.g., TRAX, SFA, CRM), identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, category planning, supply chain, finance, and marketing to align strategies and influence decision-making using data-driven insights.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales operations team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Sales within the FMCG sector or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience in sales planning, performance management, and analytics.
• Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics in Malaysia and Singapore across various channels.
• Experience in managing trade spending and commercial budgets.
