This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Spearhead strategic sales operations initiatives to enhance organizational growth.
• Build and guide a Sales Operations team, cultivating a culture of operational discipline and excellence.
• Create and uphold rigorous operational processes, ensuring timely and precise reporting throughout the organization.
• Examine field reports to produce actionable insights for senior management and guarantee proper follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various stakeholder teams to ensure consistent sales operations for current accounts, prospects, and partner channel operations.
• Maximize CRM system usage, ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout the organization.
• Establish robust sales processes with strict review mechanisms to promote accountability and performance.
• Formulate and implement sales enablement strategies, assisting SBUs in crafting strategic account development plans.
