Sales Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all internal and external operational processes that support commercial management.

• You work directly with the Commercial Management to align operations with strategic objectives.

• You manage commercial inputs.

• You monitor and control adherence.

• You conduct analysis of KPIs and operational results.

• You generate interdepartmental coordination and follow-up.

• You provide analysis, reports, and data-driven recommendations for decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• You hold a degree in administrative or related fields.

• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial data analysis or commercial planning.

• You possess experience in handling databases and commercial indicators, as well as documenting processes.

• You are proficient in Excel at an advanced level and have experience with analysis and visualization tools.
