This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Develop the sales narrative. Transform marketing materials (presentations, launches, one-pagers, campaigns) into compelling sales narratives, pitch structures, and communication guides.
β’ Educate our sales team. Create and deliver training sessions focused on sales psychology, discovery techniques, objection management, and MEDDIC-style qualification β both in-person and asynchronously.
β’ Manage the content engine. Oversee and enhance the enablement content library, Salesforce-integrated playbooks, and onboarding programs for new employees.
β’ Co-present the weekly Sales Deep Dive. Collaborate in presenting our weekly Sales Deep Dives to the global commercial team β covering product updates, competitive insights, customer success stories, and narrative enhancements. This is a recurring, high-visibility opportunity that hones the presentation skills necessary for this role.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing. Partner closely with Product Marketing on every launch to ensure that sellers are equipped from day one β not week six.
β’ Assess and enhance performance. Monitor metrics such as ramp time, content utilization, and win rates by play β leveraging this data to refine subsequent training cycles.
β’ Engage directly with clients. Evolve into a partner for sellers: accompany Account Executives on live customer calls, communicate TrustYou's value proposition to prospects, and conduct product demonstrations alongside the sales team.
β’ 1β2 years of experience in B2B sales (SDR/BDR or junior AE) and/or marketing β preferably within a SaaS environment.
β’ Completed education in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
β’ A genuine enthusiasm for sales psychology and a commitment to building a career in Sales Enablement.
β’ Proven, daily proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) β utilizing them to think, write, create, and learn more efficiently.
β’ Strong skills in presentation creation (Google Slides, PowerPoint) AND confident in live delivery β comfortable presenting to internal audiences currently and eager to develop skills to present directly to prospects and customers alongside Account Executives. This requirement is non-negotiable.
β’ Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodologies.
β’ Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and Word.
β’ Business-level proficiency in English (additional European languages are advantageous).
