This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Work alongside the marketing team to facilitate a smooth transfer of leads generated through various channels.
• Implement and oversee lead capture tools and forms to efficiently gather lead information.
• Create and maintain lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on their potential value.
• Utilize data enrichment tools to enhance lead information and improve qualification accuracy.
• Establish and manage lead assignment rules to ensure leads are allocated to the most suitable sales representatives.
• Aid in defining and managing sales territories to optimize lead distribution.
• Design and execute personalized lead nurturing campaigns to engage and qualify leads.
• Track lead progression through the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and other key metrics to provide insights to sales leadership.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales operations or a comparable role within a B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated expertise in lead management processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret data to inform business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• A strong enthusiasm for sales and a commitment to continuously enhancing processes and outcomes.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but your practical experience and skill set will truly distinguish you.
