This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Assume responsibility for calculating sales compensation, which includes validation and analysis.
• Design, implement, and sustain sales compensation plans and incentive programs that align with business objectives.
• Evaluate sales performance data and compensation metrics to guarantee precision and efficiency.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to convey compensation trends and insights to management.
• Assist in the annual sales compensation planning process, encompassing quota setting and analysis of quota achievement.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to collect requirements and refine compensation structures.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards concerning compensation.
• Perform regular audits of sales compensation data to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Oversee and maintain the Incentive Management System (IMS) to facilitate effective processing of sales incentives.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales compensation, data analysis, process enhancement, or revenue operations roles.
• Expertise in commission tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Performio, Varicent, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Experience in Sales Operations or a comparable role within a technology-focused organization.
• Familiarity with commission plans, MBO, sales incentives, spiffs, and competitions.
• Demonstrated history of implementing process improvements that lead to enhanced business outcomes.
