This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Support the Head of Sales Nordics and the sales team in various roles.
• Gather, analyze, and present data and insights to aid in decision-making processes.
• Actively supply the sales team with data, insights, research, and presentations.
• Perform market and prospect-based research.
• Create and improve existing sales tools.
• Execute CRM audits, which include preparing and generating reports on current sales activities.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and other departments to boost sales efficiency.
• Design and sustain the client case study program.
• Over 3 years of experience in a sales-enablement role that includes sales support, sales analysis, and market analysis and research.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work independently and proactively.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher), skilled at articulating information and conclusions clearly.
• Advanced logical and analytical reasoning capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills, with a track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Expertise in MS Excel and Google Slides/Docs, along with strong presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Preferred knowledge or experience in digital and programmatic sectors.
• Remote working model.
