This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure a smooth transition of leads generated through various channels.
• Implement and oversee lead capture tools and forms to efficiently gather lead information.
• Develop and sustain lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on their potential value.
• Utilize data enrichment tools to enhance lead information and increase qualification accuracy.
• Create and manage lead assignment rules to guarantee that leads are allocated to the most suitable sales representatives.
• Assist in defining and managing sales territories to optimize lead distribution.
• Develop and execute personalized lead nurturing campaigns to engage and qualify leads.
• Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
• Support sales executives with HubSpot automation, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources for success.
• Monitor lead progression through the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a comparable role within a B2B SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in lead management processes and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret data to inform business decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks.
• A strong passion for sales and a commitment to continuously improving processes and results.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but your practical experience and skill set will be the true differentiators.
