Senior Sales Operations Analyst – 13 month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance customer lifecycle management processes to facilitate smooth transitions among Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals.

• Detect inefficiencies in current sales and operational workflows, implementing automation and process enhancements as needed.

• Utilize data to create more reliable outcomes by pinpointing opportunities to boost sales productivity and operational efficiency.

• Examine forecasting data to recognize potential risks ahead of time, providing proactive recommendations to Sales Leaders for strategy adjustments.

• Present data through reports and dashboards that are straightforward and support informed decision-making.

• Suggest and execute process enhancements to minimize errors and automate tasks wherever feasible.

• Ensure the CRM (Salesforce) is configured to facilitate seamless transitions from the Sales Team.

• Develop reports and dashboards in clear, actionable formats for AEs and Sales Leadership.

• Serve as a business partner to key stakeholders, maintaining alignment on priorities, current procedures, and future projects.

• Collaborate with leaders from Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure cross-functional project alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in CRM management (preferably Salesforce), including workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, lists, data hierarchies, and data imports for record updates.

• High level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, IF statements, filters).

• Advanced user of Google Apps Script, with practical experience in creating automations that link Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and improve the quality of output.

• Experience managing process changes with a strong focus on change management principles.
