This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute scalable sales processes and systems aimed at boosting AE / CSM productivity and enhancing leadership visibility.
• Align sales representatives with accounts according to compensation plans and assigned territories.
• Work in collaboration with sales leadership and various departments to improve RFP responses and related systems and processes.
• Partner with AEs, SEs, sales leaders, product management, and engineering to evaluate and decide on requests for non-standard customer requirements.
• Create and disseminate key metrics, automate alerts needing leadership attention, and provide insights into sales performance.
• Collaborate with the SFDC Admin team and Marketing Operations to manage our SalesForce database and the associated go-to-market technical stack to enhance sales processes and performance.
• Supervise and assess sales technologies to ensure their effective utilization.
• Lead enhancements to Salesforce, including custom development and integration efforts.
• Audit and rectify data issues while upholding high standards of data quality.
• Leverage AI tools (Gemini, Notebook LLM, Zapier) to boost sales efficiency.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Over 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, or Business Process Engineering.
• Consulting experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing sales processes and GTM systems within SaaS companies.
• Experience handling operations across multiple global offices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and skills.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize, communicate, and manage tasks effectively.
