This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Salesforce hygiene by performing regular audits of the open pipeline, pinpointing stalled or outdated opportunities, and collaborating with sales leaders to enhance data accuracy and discipline in opportunity management.
• Organize, oversee, and facilitate pipeline calls, ensuring compliance with established standards, keeping teams aligned with the agenda, documenting follow-up items, and driving the timely completion of subsequent actions.
• Oversee the employee incentive process by ensuring that eligible opportunities are appropriately reviewed and decided upon, coordinating approvals with executive leadership and finance, and assisting in communication when incentives are granted.
• Review won opportunities to ensure that Salesforce records accurately represent the executed contract terms, including scope, timing, and financial details, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address discrepancies.
• Lead renewal management efforts by ensuring renewals are created, monitored, and closed accurately, and by facilitating regular reviews with business leaders to ensure renewals progress smoothly through the process.
• Utilize sales data to derive insights that guide business strategy, including analysis of win/loss trends, forecast quality, and weighting accuracy.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to increase the adoption and effective use of Salesforce as a CRM and pipeline management tool, including process enhancements, improved account-level tracking, and opportunities for cross-system integration.
• Support daily Salesforce operations, including license management, reassignment of contacts and opportunities, development of dashboards and reports, and ongoing system administration tasks.
• Serve as a reliable operational partner who leads through influence, fosters accountability among stakeholders, and identifies opportunities to enhance sales processes before and after opportunities transition through the pipeline.
• Demonstrated experience in sales operations, revenue operations, Salesforce administration, or a similar role in support of a consultative sales organization.
• Strong comprehension of pipeline management, renewal processes, forecasting concepts, and governance of sales processes.
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and convert findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, finance, and executive stakeholders to enhance processes and enforce accountability.
• Practical experience in building and maintaining Salesforce reports, dashboards, data structures, and operational workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
