This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate extensive and intricate data sets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for sales and business leadership.
• Independently create, enhance, and sustain analytics and reporting solutions that adapt to changing business needs with minimal supervision.
• Gather, assess, and verify data for regular and on-demand sales reporting.
• Aid in the development of analytical models to support goal setting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and the collection of essential operational metrics.
• Conduct data quality control, cleanup, and synchronization across various data sources to guarantee accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Utilize advanced Excel capabilities (such as complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling) to fulfill analysis and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales Operations Director to design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports that satisfy internal and executive reporting needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Power BI, focusing on data modeling, report optimization, and automating recurring reports.
• Integrate data from various systems and legacy sources into Power BI, understanding the contribution of each data source to the final reported outputs.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting logic as business needs, definitions, or data sources evolve, emphasizing the expected outcomes rather than rigid instructions.
• Work closely with IT, Finance & Accounting, Operations, and Business Units to collect, validate, and harmonize data across departments.
• Recognize and eliminate redundant reporting efforts and streamline data workflows to boost efficiency and data reliability.
• Ensure that systems, tools, and processes are utilized correctly and consistently by all stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of documentation, training resources, procedures, and tools to promote ongoing process enhancements.
• Maintain a solid understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools, including the data flow between systems.
• Examine BI dashboards and reports to proactively detect data quality issues.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics related to sales/business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently while managing competing priorities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.
• Ability to comprehend complex data environments and swiftly adapt as systems and requirements change.
