This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Assists in managing the operations of ICON's Sales and Marketing team.
• Responsible for the administration and support of the Zoho CRM database used by ICON.
• Implements mass communication strategies, including email, automation, and integrated marketing campaigns aimed at automated lead generation and scoring programs.
• Acts as the administrator for the Zoho CRM database, handling user setup, profiles, and roles, along with customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, and user permissions/privileges.
• Manages vendor relationships, staying informed about new releases, their impact on our implementation, and ensuring issues are resolved in accordance with the service level agreement.
• Collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing teams to supervise demand generation analytics and reporting.
• Creates and manages intricate workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
• Develops and generates tailored reports and dashboards.
• Trains both new and existing users on the sales database applications.
• Provides technical support to application users, prioritizing and managing the delivery of problem resolutions and enhancement requests.
• Produces and maintains documentation on processes, policies, application configurations, and related materials for users.
• Serves as the marketing automation administrator.
• Executes mass communications for email, automation, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develops and runs reports to track team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Private Pilot License.
• Over 2 years of experience in a relevant Sales or Marketing Operations role, with a solid understanding of lead-to-revenue demand funnels and reporting (high-value B2C experience is preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with Zoho CRM is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish client relationships.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of organization with meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to handle multiple projects and work efficiently in a dynamic environment to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• MUST be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with a focus on organizational objectives, driven by achievements rather than authority.
• Highly analytical and logical; adept at problem analysis and resolution.
• Mature and sensitive to various decision-making styles.
• Ability to understand issues in a fast-paced environment and organize activities to promptly achieve desired outcomes.
• Highly intelligent, confident, decisive, competitive, energetic, and passionate.
• A strong passion for powersports (motorcycles, Jet Skis, cars, boats, etc.).
• A fervent interest in aviation and flying.
• Base salary plus commission based on aircraft sales.
