This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the daily management of the commercial pipeline.
• Handle the routing and assignment of inbound leads.
• Create and manage outbound prospect lists.
• Identify, enhance, and sustain targeted prospect databases.
• Ensure the quality of HubSpot CRM data and maintain pipeline integrity.
• Track lead response times and analyze conversion performance.
• Act as the operational liaison for SDRs and Account Executives.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports and dashboards for the sales pipeline.
• Design scalable lead generation initiatives.
• Develop targeted outbound marketing campaigns utilizing email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
• Oversee email marketing initiatives.
• Facilitate NDAs, MSAs, contracts, and other commercial documents.
• Assist in enhancing the visibility of our companies within the logistics and international trade sectors.
• Proven experience supporting a B2B sales organization, ideally in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM system.
• Strong analytical skills and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics.
