This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of the complete commission management process for the API Business Unit, which includes calculation, processing, plan transitions, and UAT testing in Xactly Incent.
• Update the HR commission file on a weekly basis to reflect new joiners, leaves of absence, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Assist in quota planning and management by handling quota assignments by region and representative, making adjustments, and configuring ramp-up periods.
• Prepare and disseminate reports and analytics that detail commission payouts, attainment summaries, and comparisons of budget versus actuals for Sales and Finance leadership.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Sales, Finance, and HR regarding all matters related to commissions and quotas; drive process enhancements and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or a similar analytical position.
• Proven experience in managing comprehensive commission processes, including plan administration and payout calculations.
• High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, with expertise in advanced formulas, data modeling, pivot tables, and the use of AI.
• Familiarity with commission management platforms (preferably Xactly Incent) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Exceptional attention to detail with a history of maintaining high accuracy in data-centric environments.
• Strong communication abilities — capable of clearly explaining intricate compensation rules to non-technical stakeholders.
