This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Capability to assess the influence of operations and strategic initiatives by collecting and synthesizing pertinent data, and presenting findings both verbally and in written form.
• Oversee multiple tasks and projects concurrently while prioritizing effectively and delivering results from start to finish.
• Contribute to the creation of analyses and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team, Sales Managers, and various cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Finance.
• Articulate informed conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership and sales operational managers, tailored to meet the specific needs of the audience.
• Act as a center of excellence for reliable insights and analysis that support both strategic initiatives and ad hoc business requirements within the Global Sales Operations organization.
• Design and develop models to address business challenges, and where applicable, incorporate insights into regular operational reporting.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and presentations, including business reviews and management presentations.
• Maintain and manage standard operating procedures, including timely updates of files and coordinating changes across systems such as Salesforce.com.
• Assist field sales management with territory adjustments, sales budgets, and compensation strategies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Comfort in handling large data sets; previous experience or internship in consulting or investment banking is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail; you are the individual who ensures to double-check your work consistently.
• Positive demeanor and adaptability when confronting fast-paced, complex challenges; a motivated self-starter with high energy.
• Exceptional strategic and tactical business acumen, along with a passion for leveraging data to enhance decision-making processes.
• A strong sense of responsibility and initiative; a tendency to take action rather than waiting for direction.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups within the workforce.
• Established skills in building strong professional relationships and collaborating effectively within a team to learn from one another and share knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategic issues and solutions clearly and comprehensively to sales leaders and colleagues.
• Proficient working knowledge of O365 Suites and Excel (understanding the appropriate usage of Index Match, Getpivotdata, Conditional formatting, etc.).
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
