This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of Strategic Account Executives to meet quarterly and annual revenue and bookings goals.
• Mentor experienced sales professionals through intricate, consultative sales processes involving executive decision-makers, numerous stakeholders, and extended sales cycles.
• Ensure disciplined execution of account planning, pipeline management, opportunity strategies, and forecasting.
• Attract, nurture, and retain top-tier senior sales talent through effective coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
• Establish and sustain executive-level relationships with key nonprofit organizations and industry stakeholders.
• Participate in, present at, and collaborate with market thought leaders to enhance brand visibility at medium to large conferences.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives to identify and implement growth strategies within large, complex nonprofit accounts.
• Assist in high-impact opportunities by contributing to deal strategy, aligning executives, negotiating, and developing business cases.
• Keep abreast of trends and emerging opportunities within the nonprofit sector to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Utilize customer insights, pipeline data, bookings performance, and sales metrics to pinpoint strengths, address weaknesses, and enhance team performance.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Product teams, and Executive Leadership to expedite customer outcomes and drive business growth.
• Over 5 years of sales leadership experience managing enterprise or strategic sales teams within a SaaS environment.
• More than 10 years of successful SaaS sales experience, including managing complex and consultative sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing Account Executives selling to senior executives and enterprise-level buyers in intricate and prolonged sales cycles.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities with a proven track record of elevating experienced sales professionals to enhanced performance levels.
• Proficiency in strategic account planning, enterprise opportunity management, forecasting, and engaging at the executive level.
• Experience in closing large transactions involving multiple stakeholders, complex buying committees, and extended decision-making processes.
• A data-driven approach to sales leadership that balances accountability, development, and results.
• A strong passion for assisting mission-driven organizations in achieving greater impact through technology.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations or familiarity with the nonprofit sector is highly preferred.
