This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Oversees a team of sales professionals across various Sales Functions, including account management, territory sales, vertical industry, and specialties.
β’ Accountable for establishing the direction and managing the deliverables of the designated sales team to meet revenue and expense goals.
β’ Addresses customer issues and engages in significant negotiations with major clients.
β’ Aims to cultivate strategic executive relationships both externally with clients and internally within the organization.
β’ Evaluates the performance of individual team members as well as the team as a whole, while fostering talent growth and development within the company.
β’ Proven sales management experience is essential.
β’ Typically possesses over 10 years of experience in Technology Sales.
β’ Must reside in the Southeastern region of the USA to be considered.
β’ SLED experience is highly preferred.
β’ Experience in networking sales is mandatory.
