This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and assist a successful sales team to promote strategic growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies while fostering outstanding customer relationships and market expansion.
• Collaborate with cutting-edge scientific solutions to enable clients to create a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.
• Assess market trends and deploy effective strategies to sustain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Oversee a team of sales representatives and enhance revenue growth through efficient account management.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing sales teams, showcasing leadership skills and consistent sales achievement.
• A Master's Degree along with 12 years of pertinent sales experience, ideally in life sciences services, laboratory products, or healthcare.
• Preferred academic disciplines: Science, Business, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in sales management or leadership are advantageous.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com.
• Proven success in crafting and executing strategic sales plans.
• Proficient selling and presentation abilities coupled with strong business acumen.
• Established leadership skills with a track record of coaching and nurturing sales talent.
• Experience in P&L management and forecasting is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% of the time.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
