This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of your personal sales pipeline and committed contract revenue, ensuring that potential clients, typically spending over $50k annually, are efficiently guided toward closure while achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Create precise forecasts regarding clients' expected spending and anticipated closing dates.
• Conduct meetings with current clients to explore commitment options in return for exclusive pricing, collaborating with the Client Success team.
• Negotiate contracts with a focus on increasing and nurturing annual recurring revenue.
• Manage an assigned list of existing clients, identifying key contacts within their organizations.
• Organize and lead STW product presentations for prospective clients and provide prompt follow-up to facilitate successful deal closures.
• Engage with potential clients to schedule demonstrations, tackle obstacles, respond to inquiries, and supply sales materials to persuade internal stakeholders.
• Monitor the sales phone and inbox during designated shifts, ensuring timely responses to client emails and calls.
• Conduct discovery calls and follow-up meetings with prospective clients to gather insights on challenges, decision-makers, and timelines to advance the sales process.
• Draft and send client contracts, following up as necessary to ensure timely signatures.
• Input and refine sales data in Hubspot to guarantee comprehensive team understanding of the client's position within the sales pipeline.
• Possess knowledge and experience in solution-selling or consultative selling methodologies.
• Experience in managing complex sales processes.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of industry trends affecting customers.
• Over 8 years of experience in positioning and selling large, complex solutions within the nonprofit sector.
• Experience in both acquiring new business and nurturing existing relationships.
• A proven history of exceeding sales quotas consistently within a solutions software vendor environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build multi-level, consultative relationships, including engagement with C-level executives.
• Experience selling to development offices is a plus.
