This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Actively seek out, engage, and secure new clients within the upper mid-market, managing the complete sales cycle until successful contract execution.
• Establish, nurture, and consistently uphold a qualified sales pipeline, ensuring effective forecast management and organized CRM administration via HubSpot.
• Consult with new clients on intricate IT and cloud solutions, fostering long-term relationships and facilitating opportunities through to successful project delivery.
• Lead executive meetings, workshops, and presentations at the management and C-level, effectively positioning advanced solution and service offerings.
• Examine technology market trends in cloud computing, infrastructure, security, and AI, extracting pertinent insights for portfolio enhancement and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, Presales, and technical experts to create customized client solutions and manage intricate sales processes.
• Several years of experience in selling complex B2B and IT solutions, with a proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients.
• Strong presence at the management and C-level, combined with excellent consulting, negotiation, and closing skills in complex contract discussions.
• A keen interest in technological advancements and digital business models, particularly in the realms of cloud technology, artificial intelligence, and modern infrastructure platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex solutions in a structured and audience-appropriate manner in both German and English.
• A strong customer focus paired with the capability to systematically analyze business needs and develop customized solution strategies.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of self-initiative and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
