This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take ownership of overall sales objectives and be personally responsible for driving team ARR growth.
• Mentor, empower, and actively assist Account Executives in securing larger and more significant deals, including engaging in live negotiations when necessary.
• Lead, nurture, and expand a Go-To-Market team comprising Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives across both enterprise and mid-market sectors.
• Create and enhance a scalable, repeatable sales playbook from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Establish sales procedures, qualification criteria, and pipeline management standards.
• Collaborate with the CEO on go-to-market strategies, pricing structures, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure precise pipeline visibility and forecasting using HubSpot.
• Actively seek opportunities for enhancement and present well-considered, actionable solutions.
• Recruit and onboard future sales talent as the team grows.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, preferably having assisted a company in scaling from approximately $5M ARR to $10M, $20M, $30M, or more.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of team performance and coaching Account Executives to consistently surpass quotas.
• Hands-on leadership approach.
• Ability to step into a deal to resolve issues without requiring personal quota ownership to maintain effectiveness.
• Experience in developing or enhancing sales processes within an early-stage or high-growth setting.
• Strong expertise in both enterprise and mid-market sales strategies: cold outreach, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, and complex deal cycles.
• Consultative approach with a comfort in asking insightful questions, identifying improvement areas, and suggesting solutions.
• Highly self-sufficient. You know what needs to be done and take the initiative to get it done.
• Proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
• Self-motivated, exceptionally organized, and focused on results.
• Experience in selling PRM, CRM, or partnership software.
• Understanding of partner-led or channel sales models.
