This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Leadership and Channel Marketing to create and implement strategies that promote revenue growth and enhance market share in the designated region.
• Evaluate territory and sales data to pinpoint opportunities for growth, optimize product mix, and improve performance.
• Lead in-store execution initiatives to facilitate sell-through across product categories, including introducing new products, promotional campaigns, and high-priority SKUs.
• Develop and reinforce relationships with store teams, including Pro desks, Millwork, and Building Materials associates, to boost engagement and sales volume.
• Assist in the business development of contractors and remodelers by working alongside Pro Account Leaders to identify and capitalize on regional opportunities.
• Provide quotes and assist in closing large-volume projects to contribute to incremental sales growth at the store level.
• Offer product knowledge and training to store associates to ensure consistent execution and enhance the customer experience.
• Promote profitability by identifying opportunities for value-based selling and an improved product mix.
• Uphold merchandising standards and ensure adherence to planogram and in-store execution requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and functions to align communication, share insights, and support execution across the field.
• Act as a liaison for warranty and quality-related issues, aiding in issue resolution while balancing customer needs with business priorities.
• Identify and assist in the implementation of process improvements that enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, account management, or roles within the retail/commercial field, with a proven ability to achieve results.
• Experience managing operations across various locations, markets, or territories.
• Experience in supporting or influencing others through training, coaching, or informal leadership.
• Strong relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to engage customers, store teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and applying insights to enhance sales performance and decision-making.
• Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for navigating challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the building materials, retail, or construction-related sectors.
• Experience working with contractors, remodelers, or PRO customer segments.
• Familiarity with merchandising systems, planograms, or retail execution tools.
• Experience in supporting or launching new products in a retail or field sales context.
• Experience managing or influencing cost, pricing, or profitability drivers.
