This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Drive profitable growth across the product range, concentrating on Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists, and Interventional Radiologists.
• Emphasize strong sales execution to meet sales objectives for the complete Endovascular portfolio, which includes atherectomy, thrombectomy, base peripheral, vessel closure, and future product launches.
• Lead and supervise a team comprised of Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Thrombectomy Territory Managers.
• Be responsible for delivering business outcomes through your teams by employing effective coaching, motivation, and performance management techniques.
• Enhance market share in the designated region across the entire product lineup and engage stakeholders within the hospital environment.
• Drive contracting initiatives to secure advantageous positions in regional accounts.
• Formulate the commercial sales strategy in alignment with the marketing strategy to ensure top-tier sales execution.
• Oversee the hiring, coaching, development, and performance management of all direct reports while establishing standards for your team.
• Ensure that your team is effectively managing customer relationships through targeting, onboarding, contracting, clinical support, pricing management, KOL management, and conflict resolution.
• Handle planning, forecasting, expense management, reporting, sales process adherence, and collaboration with Sales Analytics.
• Maintain compliance with company sales management and reporting systems.
• Evaluate and report on feedback regarding sales strategies and the effectiveness of marketing programs to ensure that marketing initiatives can be adjusted or developed to meet market development goals.
• Identify account or user sales target pipelines that can achieve desired revenue or productivity objectives based on conversion rates and historical sales cycle experience or marketing plan assumptions.
• Organize performance review meetings at regular intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with your team.
• Create individual development plans for each team member.
• Ensure all direct reports meet and uphold the minimum required product knowledge, sales, and presentation skills.
• Personally, and for all direct reports, ensure compliance with company values, ethics, and legal obligations; be responsible for adherence to applicable Corporate/Divisional Policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% within the assigned region.
