This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for strategic and operational aspects of customer development in the hospital sector.
• Proactively acquire strategically significant customers and expand the network within the healthcare industry.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from assessing needs to finalizing agreements.
• Hold revenue responsibility for specific segments and actively manage the pipeline to meet targets.
• Maintain CRM diligently and work driven by key performance indicators.
• Proven B2B sales experience in service and/or software/SaaS solutions.
• Strong presence and persuasive skills when engaging with decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing customer relationships and closing complex transactions.
• Capability to comprehend intricate customer requirements and convert them into scalable solutions.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated working style.
• Deep understanding of clinical and hospital workflows along with a technical affinity.
