
Senior Sales Manager – Governmental, Nordics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, approach, and engage potential governmental clients to showcase our solutions and services.
• Establish and enhance strategic partnerships within the governmental and defense sectors to position our product offerings with key stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing business development and acquisition through country-specific research and leveraging your professional network.
• Build and nurture robust B2G networks and sourcing relationships within your designated markets.
• Act as the Key Account Manager for clients across the Nordics, serving as their trusted point of contact.
• Oversee daily sales operations, including CRM maintenance and proposal development in collaboration with our Bid and Solution teams.
• Develop customer-specific marketing materials (e.g., whitepapers, solution briefs, use cases) in partnership with Marketing and Product teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries within your area of expertise.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities and risks.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute sales-driving initiatives such as customer events and flight demonstrations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the governmental sector (e.g., military, police, international organizations, NATO), preferably with a sales focus.
• Demonstrated negotiation experience with defense contractors and governmental procurement agencies.
• Strong capability to manage RFI/RFP processes and develop competitive proposals.
• A strong motivation to acquire new business and proactively cultivate a healthy sales pipeline.
• Ability to lead customer events, deliver captivating presentations, and represent the company professionally.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of another Nordic language and German is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
