
Senior Sales Manager – Global Starlink Enterprise Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Surpass sales targets
• Formulate territory strategy
• Oversee activities
• Manage CRM systems
• Prepare weekly reports
• Conduct quarterly business reviews
• Generate pipeline mainly through outbound prospecting
• Hold meetings for new business
• Assess opportunities
• Articulate value propositions
• Foster relationships
• Present proposals
• Drive successful sales campaigns
• Work in collaboration with resellers and internal teams
• Bachelor's degree
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise sales
• Proven track record in enterprise sales with a history of exceeding revenue goals
• Demonstrated experience in one or more enterprise verticals, including:
• SLED: State and Local Government & Education (HigherEd and K-12)
• Campus & Branch (retail, healthcare, financial, insurance, real estate, etc.)
• Industrial (oil and gas, energy, utility, manufacturing, transportation, construction, etc.)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a sense of urgency
• Entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of business outcomes
• High levels of intellectual and emotional intelligence, along with integrity
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail, diligence, and a strong work ethic
• Exceptional interaction skills with customers and resellers
• Availability for extended hours and weekends as required
• Willingness to travel around 25 to 50% of the time, including visits to customers, resellers, events, and other SpaceX locations
