This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create tailored coaching plans and conduct regular coaching sessions with each team member to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback on areas for enhancement.
• Guide and inspire a growth-oriented mindset within the team.
• Identify and recruit high-performing sales professionals while managing performance issues and disciplinary matters.
• Assess and establish account territory priorities for the team.
• Develop and sustain precise sales forecasts, regularly reviewing and adjusting sales strategies and projections.
• Utilize data to track performance and discern trends or areas needing improvement.
• Formulate sales strategies and tactics that align with organizational goals and customer requirements.
• Observe, evaluate, and monitor seller outreach, deal pipelines, and deal quality.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal peer teams and leadership to promote cross-organizational success.
• Establish connections with external customers, prospects, and partners to support the go-to-market approach.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure the sales team receives the necessary support and resources for success.
• Encourage a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the sales team to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Promote feedback and open communication to ensure all team members feel acknowledged and valued, and to address any issues or concerns.
• Over 8 years of experience in a relevant role—enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales—particularly within large enterprise customer accounts.
• More than 3 years of progressive sales management experience, ideally within software or technology organizations.
• An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of knowledge and relevant career experience.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Reliable internet access is required for any duration of remote work not conducted in a Workiva office.
