This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Recognize, assess, and secure new business opportunities within designated market segments to enhance the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Create customized proposals, negotiate agreements, and successfully finalize contracts in accordance with company policies and profitability objectives.
• Sustain and grow current customer relationships through regular evaluations to uncover additional business opportunities and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Marketing) to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience and effective execution of sales strategies.
• Oversee and document all sales activities in the CRM system to ensure an actively managed and well-populated sales pipeline.
• Meet relevant KPIs, especially in areas such as revenue targets, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Perform market analysis and competitive assessments to assist in strategic sales planning.
• Offer suggestions for improvements in inside-sales processes and the customer experience to promote long-term success.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience or as an Account Manager focusing on growth (hunting).
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in formulating commercial strategies and business cases.
• Strong foundation in solution selling.
• Experience within FMCG, retail, or supply chain sectors is a plus.
• Exceptional negotiation skills within a consultative selling framework, along with a strong understanding of the buyer’s journey.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on results and competitive orientation.
• Resilience and the capability to build trust swiftly with counterparts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
