This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Developing, overseeing, and enhancing affiliate accounts while fostering robust, long-term partner relationships.
• Identifying, targeting, and integrating new commercial partners to broaden the network.
• Driving revenue enhancement by discovering, negotiating, and finalizing high-value commercial opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams (product, content, marketing) to synchronize campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Observing market trends and competitor actions to pinpoint strategic growth opportunities.
• Managing incoming sales leads and refining the conversion funnel to optimize acquisition.
• Delivering regular reports on sales performance, partnership metrics, and market insights to stakeholders.
• Contributing to the overall commercial strategy through new initiatives, products, and growth avenues.
• Representing the company at international conferences, networking functions, and industry trade shows.
• Taking charge of various commercial and operational projects as necessary.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Sales and Account Management role within the iGaming sector.
• Proven capability to successfully negotiate and finalize complex commercial agreements.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a robust analytical mindset and strong commercial insight.
• Established ability to work autonomously while effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient CRM skills, with a preference for candidates familiar with HubSpot.
