Senior Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for leading, developing, and recruiting a team of field Account Managers

• Promote and support the complete professional salon brand portfolio

• Cultivate a strong and influential relationship with the AMLP Management Team

• Guide the team in enhancing market share

• Optimize the market's educational capacity and implement customer strategies

• Establish and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in outside sales or distributor roles

• 3-5 years of experience in sales team management

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient with digital tools

• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently

• Exhibits advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Experience with PowerBI is preferred

• Strong skills in data management and analytics; Power BI experience is an advantage

• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50-60% in the field, including weekends

• Valid Driver’s License

• Experience in the Beauty Industry
