This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Ensure the consistent implementation of commercial priorities across the region to support business objectives and drive profitable growth.
• Convert business strategy into specific goals, priorities, and actionable steps for Territory Sales Managers.
• Engage in field activities with the sales team, offering coaching, feedback, and developmental support through regular customer visits and ride-alongs.
• Enhance pipeline management practices and assist the team in refining sales execution throughout the customer journey.
• Coach and assist in high-value sales opportunities to boost win rates and overall sales effectiveness.
• Advocate for pricing discipline and commercial excellence while balancing customer value with business performance.
• Establish clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and cultivate a culture of accountability, development, and high performance.
• Conduct performance, pipeline, and territory reviews to identify opportunities, tackle challenges, and encourage continuous improvement.
• 5-10 years of business experience, encompassing customer-facing roles and successful leadership of sales teams in a multinational setting.
• Demonstrated experience in leading B2B sales organizations, with a proven track record of enhancing sales performance, execution, and business outcomes.
• An effective coach who nurtures talent, supports growth, and empowers teams to reach their full potential.
• Strong commercial insight with expertise in pricing, negotiation, and recognizing opportunities for profitable growth.
• A hands-on, field-focused leadership style while maintaining a strategic outlook on business priorities and market trends.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management, analytical, and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
