This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Showcasing franchise brand offerings through marketing materials and store tours.
• Forwarding franchise leads to corporate for discovery day tours.
• Nurturing relationships with current franchisees within a designated region.
• Leading initiatives in franchise growth, partnerships, and affiliations.
• Collaborating with business brokers and consultants.
• Participating in trade shows nationwide with the team.
• Conducting virtual meetings with prospective clients as needed.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business ownership or external transactional sales.
• Strong proficiency with a CRM system.
• Capability to meet goals and surpass expectations in high-pressure situations.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications.
• Flexible scheduling and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must maintain a credit card with a sufficient limit to cover expenses.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
