This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a high-performing team of account executives responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships.

• Mentor and guide the team to formulate a targeted strategy for expanding client relationships by selling solutions from the entire Twilio product range.

• Equip and advise your team on how to engage with customers across different levels of maturity and segmentation.

• Collaborate closely with our Professional Services and Partner teams to assist current customers in achieving success as they implement new use cases on the platform.

• Anticipate your team's success in exceeding their goals and skillfully present your insights to management.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in a high-performing CPaaS, Communications, or API-centric organization.

• Proven experience in team building, managing monthly forecasts, and supporting fiscal planning and revenue tracking for major accounts.

• Experience in leading a remote team distributed across various countries.

• Consistent history of surpassing revenue targets and achieving business objectives.

• Background in selling CPaaS or SaaS products and managing intricate sales negotiations.

• Highly analytical and data-driven; an innovative thinker and creative problem solver with a natural curiosity.

• A proactive individual who can work independently with minimal guidance to achieve results.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating cross-functionally in a rapidly evolving business environment.

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.

• High energy and enthusiasm with a readiness to travel.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a strong executive presence.

• Capability to influence and foster effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
