• Cultivating customer relationships and steering the GE Gas Power strategy within a designated customer portfolio.
• Driving orders, commitments, and revenue across all GE Gas Power Heavy Duty Services.
• Overseeing customer relationships for accounts within their respective region.
• Leading deal negotiations and closures with customers, collaborating with commercial operations to formulate successful strategies and finalize orders.
• Assisting in the upkeep of accurate and current project, opportunity, and transactional outage data in the CRM system.
• Grasping industry and market trends to identify business opportunities, providing winning solutions for customers.
• Formulating long-term strategic plans for customers to enhance penetration and growth.
• Continuously assessing and advancing the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional prospects.
• Maintaining a coordinated 'one face to the customer' approach across products, along with developing and managing account plans.
• Promoting orders, sales, cash flow, and contribution margin (CM) growth.
• Providing leadership in crafting and executing proposal strategies that leverage GE's competitive advantages to meet customer needs while aligning with GE’s business objectives.
• Creating proposals for transactional outage opportunities with nominal values utilizing quick quotes, templates, and Microsoft Word.
• Collaborating with Commercial Operations, Service Execution teams, and other functional groups as needed as part of an integrated Customer Team to expand the GE Power Services Gas North America business with customers in the assigned sub-region.
• Leading the development of deal strategies and reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinating with Specialty Sales Managers and Service Execution teams to enhance the outage planning process, thereby broadening outage scopes.
• Staying informed about market trends, customer strategies/profiles/requirements, including outage schedules and competitor actions.
• Sharing knowledge internally and utilizing market insights to drive sales opportunities with customers.
• Sustaining and enhancing customer relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Providing demand forecasting and pacing support to Sales Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or an associate degree/relevant technical certification with 3 years of pertinent industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management, or Customer Service within the Power Generation industry.
• Capability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customer organizations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
