This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leading and mentoring a team of Account Executives (AEs) by establishing clear expectations, maintaining high standards, and providing the necessary resources for success.
• Developing and enhancing our outbound strategy — including prospecting, ensuring pipeline coverage, and consistently advancing deals through the sales funnel.
• Ensuring transparency in business forecasting — tracking conversion metrics and proactively addressing concerns when pipeline coverage appears weak.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing and Enablement to synchronize pipeline strategies, refine messaging, and equip the team with the appropriate tools.
• Conveying customer and market insights to leadership to influence our go-to-market strategy.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing AEs within the B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining top-performing sales talent.
• A history of establishing structured outbound pipeline processes that are effective and sustainable.
• Strong forecasting skills and a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Experience in developer tools, content platforms, or product-led growth alongside enterprise sales.
