This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process — from generating outbound leads to closing new business deals.
• Implement high-volume outreach strategies (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to connect with decision-makers.
• Schedule and conduct discovery and demo meetings with potential clients.
• Identify, map, and engage with target accounts and key stakeholders effectively.
• Perform comprehensive research and customize outreach based on each prospect’s structure, objectives, and challenges.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and CRM management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer success) to align on client requirements and handoff strategies.
• Regularly achieve or surpass revenue and activity goals.
• Offer feedback and insights to enhance sales messaging, outreach methods, and conversion rates.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales position, preferably encompassing the full sales cycle (SDR/BDR experience along with closing duties).
• Proven track record in outbound sales and cold calling.
• Experience communicating with mid- to senior-level decision-makers.
• Strong capability to independently research, map accounts, and create tailored outreach.
• Familiarity with a structured sales process — from initial contact to finalized contract.
• Proficient in using outbound sales tools and CRMs (specific platforms will be discussed during interviews).
• Must be proactive, self-driven, coachable, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Fluent in English.
