This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accountable for enhancing customer relationships and spearheading the GE Gas Power strategy within a designated customer portfolio.
• Tasked with generating orders, commitments, and revenue across all segments of GE Gas Power Heavy Duty Services.
• Oversee customer relations for accounts within the assigned region and lead negotiations and closures of deals with clients.
• Collaborate with commercial operations to devise effective strategies that ensure order closures.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date and accurate project, opportunity, and transactional outage data in the CRM system.
• Comprehend industry and market trends to identify business opportunities and provide winning solutions for clients.
• Formulate long-term strategic plans for each customer to enhance penetration and growth.
• Continuously assess and promote the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional prospects.
• Serve as a unified point of contact for customers across product offerings and create comprehensive account plans.
• Stimulate growth in orders, sales, cash flow, and contribution margin (CM).
• Provide leadership by developing and implementing proposal strategies that leverage GE's competitive advantages.
• Generate proposals for transactional outage opportunities with nominal values utilizing quick quotes, templates, and Microsoft Word.
• Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Service Execution teams, and other functional groups as necessary within an integrated Customer Team to expand the GE Power Services Gas North America business with customers in the designated sub-region.
• Manage a sales pipeline for complex, multi-offering transactions that may encompass Parts, Repairs, Outage Services, Performance Upgrades, Digital Solutions, and Long-Term Service Agreements.
• Lead the development of deal strategies and conduct reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Work in conjunction with Specialty Sales Managers and Service Execution teams to improve the outage planning process.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer strategies, profiles, requirements, including outage schedules, and competitor activities.
• Share insights internally and leverage market knowledge to capitalize on sales opportunities with clients.
• Sustain and enhance customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide demand forecasting and pacing support to Sales Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution, or an associate degree/relevant technical certification combined with 3 years of pertinent industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management, or Customer Service within the Power Generation sector.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external customer organizations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Strong account management skills, including the ability to develop relationships at the C-suite level.
