This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Developing and continuously enhancing a comprehensive GTM roadmap for key regions, encompassing ICP definition, segmentation, sales motion, and partner strategy.
• Regularly realigning sales execution based on performance metrics, including stop-loss governance.
• Generating new leads and forming strategic partnerships through proactive outreach, networking, and consistent communication.
• Leading customer meetings, delivering engaging product presentations/demos, and managing negotiations through to contract signing.
• Constructing, maintaining, and optimizing customer and prospect databases to facilitate long-term performance and retention.
• Establishing and scaling a high-performing sales organization: developing hiring plans, enablement strategies, coaching routines, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Setting and adjusting performance metrics for the sales team, monitoring progress, and ensuring achievement of targets.
• Overseeing CRM management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting cadence.
• Monitoring performance, analyzing sales activities, and compiling weekly/monthly reports that highlight progress, risks, and next steps.
• Developing effective cross-functional relationships with Product, Marketing, Account Management, Ops, and leadership to ensure a unified commercial strategy.
• Engaging in interviews, live speaking engagements, collaborating with PR, and utilizing personal business networks to drive growth.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in senior sales leadership positions (Senior Sales Manager, VP-level, or equivalent).
• Proven history of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets while driving revenue growth for a B2B iGaming product.
• Demonstrated experience in leading the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with diverse audiences, including C-level stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organizational, and results-oriented mindset, capable of translating multi-quarter outcomes into immediate milestones.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify opportunities, diagnose funnel leakage, and enhance processes.
• Ownership mentality: proactive, hands-on approach, with accountability for outcomes and quality of execution.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on short notice to secure key deals and represent the company.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
• CRM ownership and discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Familiarity with pipeline analytics and forecasting tools (CRM reporting, BI dashboards, or equivalent).
• Experience with prospecting and outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar).
