📋 Description

• Ensure that the designated region meets or surpasses sales and profitability targets.

• Develop sales strategies for markets within the assigned geography and product lines to achieve the revenue objectives established by the company.

• Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and assess market opportunities and sales potential, setting and accomplishing their annual sales goals.

• Oversee and mentor the activities of sales representatives, clinical representatives, and other field personnel.

• Negotiate contracts with external clients.

• Keep the company updated on market trends and competitive activities.

• Responsible for managing and implementing company policies.

• Lead and nurture direct reports, ensuring the execution of territory business plans, forecast accuracy, commercial strategies, and compliance with corporate policies.

• Conduct monthly side-by-side observations for each Inside Account Executive in the region and complete the corresponding Field Coaching Reports within 48 hours of each observation.

• Assess performance based on expectations including customer engagement, activity efficiency and effectiveness, account management, resource allocation, and quota fulfillment.

• Create and initiate monthly campaigns with targeted incentives and discussion points for specific customer segments.

• Review all PowerBI and Salesforce reports daily to track performance against expectations.

• Ensure that direct reports maintain high levels of customer engagement weekly, aligned with quarterly and annual business objectives.

• Deliver forecast accuracy compared to actual units sold.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• At least 5 years of prior experience, with a preference for knowledge in medical devices.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Manager.

• Provides guidance and monitors the progress of exempt specialists and/or supervisory staff toward departmental objectives.

• Oversees project costs and manages human and material resources within a department or unit.

• Monitors company-wide metrics such as market share and profitability.

• Keeps track of the external environment related to technical or professional responsibilities.

• This position operates within a quality system environment, where inadequate task performance can lead to noncompliance with governmental regulations.
