This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance affiliate accounts while nurturing robust, long-lasting partner relationships
• Discover and onboard new commercial partners
• Propel revenue growth by pinpointing and securing high-value opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, content, marketing) to harmonize campaigns and offerings
• Track market trends and competitor activities to uncover strategic opportunities
• Manage incoming sales leads and refine the conversion process
• Deliver regular reports on sales performance, partnerships, and market insights
• Support commercial strategy through new initiatives, products, and growth channels
• Represent the company at international conferences and networking events
• Take charge of various ad hoc commercial and operational projects
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management within the iGaming industry (required)
• Proven ability to negotiate and finalize complex commercial agreements
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Strategic thinker with a keen analytical perspective
• Capable of working independently while juggling multiple priorities
• Proficient CRM skills, preferably with HubSpot
